Howdy Partner! At Western Chic Store, we want you to be as happy with your authentic western wear as a cowboy is with his trusty steed. If something ain’t quite right with your order, we’ve got a straightforward returns and exchanges policy that’s easier to follow than a well-marked cattle trail.
1. Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned merchandise must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- In original packaging (including any dust bags for boots or hats)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Women’s Belts & Buckles that show signs of wear or have been adjusted. All other western wear items in our collection are eligible for return.
2. How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your western wear:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days – faster than a jackrabbit on a hot griddle!
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the completed return form (see template below).
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our returns address (we’ll provide this with your RAN). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you – that’s the Western Chic way!
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed – faster than a stagecoach changing horses!
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is our fault.
5. Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different size or style? No problem! Follow the same return process above, but indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the new item you’d prefer. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.
