  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
  2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship worldwide but currently can’t deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, just holler at us before placing your order.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be as satisfied with your purchase as a rancher with a fresh pair of boots:

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your items
  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • Non-returnable items include Women’s Belts & Buckles that show signs of wear
